Minimum 1hr order
Please note that the minimum order is one hour, and all treatments making up that hour must use the same specialist. Specialists are either hairdressers, beauty therapists, fitness trainers or masseuses/aromatherapists.
Minimum booking period
You must make your booking at least 48hrs ahead of the appointment time.
Consent
Your specialist will phone you and discuss with you the treatments you require and any contra- indications to therapy prior to your appointment. At the time of treatment, you will be asked to sign a consent form. Any one under 16 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf prior to any treatment.
Payment
Your Private Salon Ltd. provides administration and booking services to the specialist contracted to provide your treatment, and as such will deduct by credit or debit card full payment for services to be supplied by the specialist, at the time of booking.
Refunds, cancellations, changes of appointment
If you wish to change the date, time or venue of your appointment, you may do so free of charge, providing you notify Your Private Salon Ltd. at least 24hrs prior to the originally scheduled booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so and Your Private Salon will refund your payment in full, provided you give Your Private Salon Ltd. 48 hrs. notice of cancellation. Your Private Salon will not make refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.
If your named specialist cannot carry out an appointment booked with you, Your Private Salon Ltd. will arrange a suitable replacement. Your Private Salon Ltd. will inform you of any changes.
Liability
Your Private Salon will not accept responsibility for any act, omission or negligence on the part of the specialist providing your treatment.
These terms and conditions apply at the time of your booking and are in compliance with both EU and Irish law. These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
